Challenge. Snuggyz needed a premium online store built from scratch that could handle seasonal spikes (winter warmers), frequent size/colour variants, and pre-order drops—without adding headcount. Baseline issues included stockouts on hero SKUs, slow pick/pack, and limited performance tracking. Objectives: launch a high-converting storefront, automate inventory & fulfilment with AI, and run multi-channel digital marketing to drive profitable traffic and revenue.

Solution. We implemented a conversion-first Shopify build with a mobile-native theme, WCAG-aware UX, and server-side tracking. An AI inventory engine ingests sales velocity, returns, seasonality, supplier lead times, and promo calendars to forecast re-orders, set dynamic safety stock, auto-raise POs, and slot warehouse pick paths. Front-end AI powers search, recommendations, and dynamic merchandising to lift AOV. For growth, we deployed a full-funnel mix across Google (Search/PMAX), Meta, TikTok, and lifecycle (email/SMS), all unified by clean UTMs and first-party event pipelines.

Implementation. Go-live in 6 weeks: data model/SKU strategy → theme & PDP testing → payments/tax/shipping & WMS hooks → AI forecasting rules (style/SKU), barcoded pick/pack, returns portal → analytics and launch campaigns. Core Web Vitals improved to LCP 1.9s, CLS 0.02, INP 170ms. AI forecast accuracy reached 94.1% at style level; automated POs cut stockout minutes/SKU by −55%; pick/pack scanners reduced mis-picks −63%. An operations dashboard tracks fill rate, order cycle time, and aged stock; anomaly detection flags outliers (e.g., sudden return spikes) for human review.

Results (first 90 days). Sessions +106%; paid contributed 59% of incremental traffic. Overall conversion rate +33% (2.0% → 2.66%); AOV +15% from AI recommendations; revenue per session +54%. Blended CPA −22%; MER improved 2.4× → 3.1×; email/SMS drove 20% of revenue at 17× program ROAS. Ops: order cycle time −38% (24.1h → 14.9h), WISMO tickets −35%, return-to-restock time −31%, inventory holding cost −10%. Net impact: a faster, smarter storefront; leaner fulfilment; and durable, profitable growth aligned to peak seasonal demand.
